Please be aware that GNDC maintains an extensive wait list for its housing. In fact, there are over 600 applications on file to date. To qualify for GNDC rental housing you must meet specific income requirements because the majority of GNDC’s units are restricted to 60% HUD Median Family Income or below. GNDC gives preference to applicants with generational ties to GNDC’s service area.
- Potential residents are required to complete a background check at the applicant’s expense.
- GNDC’s units are pet-free, with the exception of service animals.
